This automatic egg case packer machine, the SANOVO Case Packer 160, is a high-speed egg case packer offering gentle egg packing and a very small footprint. High precision and high speed have been in focus during the development of this machine. We also had in mind that this machine should be able to pack different packaging in a wide range of containers. We reduced the dimensions so it can be installed in line with the grader. This video shows a close up on how the case packer operate. The Case Packer 160 has two packing heads which makes it possible to handle different configurations from two separate packing lanes. It also offers a high empty case packer capacity and as an option an open lid detector which efficiently removes cartons not properly closed. As an option, the case packer can be delivered with a conti-flow system for customers who need to locate the packing station some distance from the grading station.
