Cheesy chicken fries: Ingredients Boneless chicken ½ kg cut in cubes Chili sauce ½ cup Garlic powder 1 tsp Chili powder 1 tsp Crushed red pepper 1 tsp Black pepper powder ½ tsp Flour 4 tbsp Corn flour 2 tbsp Salt 1 tsp Water ¼ cup Other ingredients Flour 1 cup corn flour ½ cup bread crumbs crushed ½ cup Oregano 1 tsp Crushed red pepper 1 tsp Ingredients for cheese sauce Butter 2 tbsp Flour 1 tbsp Milk 1 cup Grated cheddar cheese ¾ cup Cream cheese 2 tbsp Salt and black pepper pinch Yellow , orange color pinch French fries fried 2 cups Coriander leaves 2 tbsp Jalapenos chopped few slices Mayonnaise 3-4 tbsp Method Marinate chicken with chili sauce, garlic powder, chili powder, crushed red pepper, black pepper, flour, corn flour, salt and little water to coat everything well. In a plate mix together flour, corn flour, panko bread crumbs, oregano, crushed red pepper, garlic powder, coat each piece of marinated chicken with the coating, deep fry till light golden, keep aside. Prepare white sauce by cooking all together until thick. To serve In a serving platter, spread fried rice, top with fried chicken, pour the cheese sauce, drizzle with some mayonnaise, sprinkle some chopped coriander, pickle jalapenos, serve immediately. Hariyali Paper Seekh: Ingredients Chicken mince ½ kg Masako 1packet Coriander leaves ½ cup Green chilies 6 Mint leaves 15 Lemon juice 2 tbsp Salt 1 tsp White pepper ½ tsp Ginger garlic 1 tbsp Cashew nut grounded ½ cup Bread 1 slice Allspice powder ½ tsp Other ingredients Egg 1 Corn flour 1 tbsp Butter paper small pieces Parathas to serve Method Grind together all the ingredients, put in the mince and grind once again, mix all well, cut small squares of butter paper, grease the paper, make into seekh kebab shape, the mixture will be little soft, so grease your hands will oil to roll the seekh easily, stick the paper with beaten egg, and fry till done. Serve with parathas
