Something historic is unfolding in precious metals markets, and most investors are missing it entirely. In less than nine months, the gold-to-silver ratio collapsed from over 100-to-1 to roughly 57-to-1. That isn’t noise. It’s a regime shift. When a ratio that normally takes years to move compresses this fast, it signals a violent re-pricing already underway — and the early participants have already captured outsized gains. Historically, extreme ratio readings have marked major turning points. When the ratio spikes above 80, silver is deeply undervalued relative to gold. April 2025 printed a reading above 100 — one of the most extreme levels ever recorded. What followed wasn’t a modest reversion. Silver surged nearly 150%, dramatically outperforming gold and confirming that the imbalance was unsustainable. The physical market explains why this move is different from past cycles. Silver has been running persistent supply deficits for five consecutive years while industrial demand accelerates. Unlike gold, silver is consumed by solar panels, electric vehicles, electronics, and AI infrastructure — and much of it is permanently destroyed in the process. As inventories drain, physical premiums rise, lease rates spike, and holders become increasingly unwilling to part with real metal. Governments have noticed. China imposed export controls. The United States designated silver a critical mineral. Russia confirmed strategic accumulation. These actions remove supply from circulation permanently and transform silver from a passive commodity into a strategic resource. That shift fundamentally alters how the metal is priced. ⚠️ DISCLAIMER This video is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute financial or investment advice.
