Rice, parotta, naan, chapati anni tho super combo 👌 👉 Recipe nachithe like, share & subscribe cheyyandi ❤️ 👉 Follow channel salt and sujani for more rich & tasty home-style recipes 🍽️ 🧺 Ingredients 🐔 Chicken Marination Chicken – 1 kg Salt – 1 tsp Roasted cumin powder – 1 tsp Coriander powder – 1 tbsp Turmeric – ½ tsp Chilli powder – 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp Curd (whisked) – ½ cup Lemon juice – 1 tsp 👉 Anni baga mix chesi 30 minutes marinate cheyyandi 🌰 Kurma Masala Paste Cinnamon – ½ inch Cardamom – 3 Cloves – 3 Cashews – ½ cup Poppy seeds – 1 tbsp (soaked 1 hour) Fresh coconut – ¼ cup 👉 Anni kalipi smooth paste laga grind cheyyandi 🍛 For Chicken Kurma Oil – 3 tbsp Ghee – 1 tbsp Cinnamon – ½ inch Cardamom – 2 Cloves – 3 Shah jeera – 1 tsp Fennel seeds – 1 tsp Dry red chillies – 4 Onion – 1 big (chopped) Salt – as required Tomato – 1 big (chopped) Marinated chicken Green chilli – 1 (chopped) Mint leaves – 1 tbsp (chopped) Hot water – ½ cup Green chillies – 3 (slit) Chicken masala powder – 1 tsp Fresh coriander – for garnish 👩🍳 Method Kadai lo oil & ghee heat chesi cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, shah jeera & fennel seeds add cheyyandi. Red chillies vesi aroma raaka varaku sauté cheyyandi. Chopped onion & salt add chesi golden ayye varaku fry cheyyandi. Tomato add chesi mushy ayye varaku cook cheyyandi. Marinated chicken add chesi 10 minutes medium flame lo cook cheyyandi (water release avvali). Chopped green chilli & mint add chesi oil separate ayye varaku inko 10 minutes cook cheyyandi. Prepared kurma masala paste add chesi 5 minutes low flame lo cook cheyyandi.
