Chapati, phulka, jeera rice anni tho excellent combination 👌 👉 Recipe nachithe like, share & subscribe cheyyandi ❤️ 👉 Follow channel salt and sujani for more tasty & home-style vegetable recipes 🍽️ 🧺 Ingredients 🌰 For Masala Base (Roast & Grind) Oil – 2 tsp Coriander seeds – 1 tbsp Cashews – 2 tbsp Garlic cloves – 12 Onion – 1 big (roughly chopped) Tomato – 1 big (roughly chopped) Cinnamon – ½ inch Cardamom – 2 Cloves – 4 Desiccated coconut powder – 2 tsp 👉 Anni light ga roast chesi cool ayyaka 👉 Enough water tho smooth paste laga grind cheyyandi 🫘 Hyacinth Beans Prep Hyacinth beans (chikkudu ginjalu) – 200 gms Salt – little Turmeric – little 👉 Pressure cooker lo 1 whistle varaku cook cheyyandi 🍛 For Curry Oil – 2 tbsp Mustard seeds – 1 tsp Asafoetida (hing) – ¼ tsp Curry leaves – few Chilli powder – 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder – ½ tsp Turmeric – ¼ tsp Prepared masala paste Hot water – 1 cup Salt – as required Cooked hyacinth beans Green chillies – 3 (slit) 🌿 Garnish Fresh coriander – chopped 👩🍳 Method Pan lo oil heat chesi mustard seeds splutter avvaniyandi. Hing & curry leaves add cheyyandi. Chilli powder, Kashmiri chilli powder & turmeric add chesi mix cheyyandi. Prepared masala paste add chesi low flame lo cook cheyyandi. Hot water & salt add chesi gravy ni simmer cheyyandi. Cooked hyacinth beans & green chillies add cheyyandi. Low flame lo 10 minutes cook cheyyandi — oil separate avvali.
