This 15-minute Reformer session is designed as a calm, controlled full-body warm-up — but it can also stand alone as a gentle restorative flow. Using a foam roller on the Reformer, we move through intentional mobility, light strength, and breath-led control to prepare the body for deeper work. You can use this session: • Before a full Reformer workout • As a restorative reset on its own • At the end of a class, followed by additional leg stretching Level: Advanced Beginner with optional progressions toward Intermediate. Adjust spring tension and range of motion to meet your body where it is today. This is about preparation — not exhaustion. Calm strength first.
