In this SOHO Insider roundtable discussion, Charalambos (Babis) Andreadis, MD, MS, professor of clinical medicine at University of California, San Francisco, moderates a discussion on CELLMods in lymphoma. The panelists include Jason Westin, MD, associate professor in the Department of Lymphoma/Myeloma at University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center; Loretta Nastoupil, MD, section chief of indolent lymphoma and director of clinical research at Common Spirit Health; and Swetha Thiruvengadam, MD, assistant clinical professor in the Department of Hematology & Hematopoietic Cell Transplantation at City of Hope. In this video, the group discusses unmet needs in large cell lymphoma and novel agents, including the CELLMod golcadomide. "I think one unique aspect is it is oral, but it also has a toxicity profile that most oncologists are very familiar with neutropenia," Dr. Nastoupil said of golcadomide. "We have tools in our toolkit to manage that. It's agnostic to cell origins, so that opens the door to a larger population of large cell lymphoma. And we know we can combine it with either chemotherapy or novel T-cell engager."
