Plastic Lollipop Stick Extrusion Line. Ideal for a candy lollipop manufacturer, so he can make his own hollow or solid plastic lollipop sticks. The line consist of: Plastic Extrusions Machine: Plastic extrusion machine presently set for extruding a continuous plastic solid rod, of a diameter between 3mm to 6m. Speed is adjustable giving flexibility of extrusion rate. Speed approx 120 per minute. Dimensions 2000 x 900mm. Polymer loading Machine: Hopper loading unit sucks the polymer up from the hopper and blows it into the extrusion machines hopper, complete with a level sensor. Water Bath: Cooling water bath for the cooling of the plastic round section extruded rod. The unit is connected to a water chiller which feeds chilled water to the batch this water is then re-circulates around the system. Dimensions: 6700 x 600mm. Haul Off Unit & Cutter: Haul of unit pulls the extruded continuous plastic rod, to give the required diameter, the rotary cutter then cuts the sticks to the required length, both the haul off unit and the cutter are variable in speed, so the length & diameter can be adjusted as required. The sticks are taken from the cutter by a variable speed conveyor and they are then collected in a steel trough. Dimensions 1700 x 1000mm. Scrap Kibler: Small grinding machine to grind up any scrap extruded rod made when running the machine, this can be mixed in with fresh polymer and use. Dimensions 600mm x 50mm.
