In this video I walk you through an automation I built that aims to help a sales team generate a summary of a prospect's company website to better understand how they can help them and prepare for a productive discovery session. To build this automation I used Make.com which is a workflow automation platform. The automation gets triggered when a Tally lead capture form is submitted (which would often live on your company website). A contact and company record is then created in Hubspot, which I'm using as a CRM in this example. The prospect's website content is then scraped using an HTTP module and summarized with the help of AI. The summary is finally added to the Hubspot company record that was previously created.
