Potential witnesses, be they the press or police, were silenced, be it through money or other “means” (the Security Service has to earn its living, after all). At this point, you're feeling pretty untouchable, and that's even with the destruction of Arklay Laboratory. Sure, it caused setbacks for the Tyrant-Armored Lethal Organic System – a project to reinforce a Tyrant with power armor and advanced weaponry, bolstered by a control system handled by the RED QUEEN supercomputer. But thanks to Colonel Sergei Vladimir, they were safely recovered and subsequently moved to the corporation's new base in Russia.
