During Covid, when most races were cancelled, Dan Hughes had an idea. What if he could create his own adventure, in his own backyard? Through countless hours of scouting and mapping, Dan carefully crafted a 100 mile point-to-point course through Southeast Michigan. Finally, when all the details were as solidified as they could be, he took the chance to run it. As a seasoned ultra runner, he knew it would be hard.
