Instagram: / pana6x Calisthenics basics can at first glance be seen as exercises that can become too easy overtime, with the apparent lack of progressive overload if you do pure calisthenics. However bodybuilders have (despite the possibility of adding weight on their exercises), used different methods to further make the workout harder and reach failure more times without the need of adding weight. These are called intensity techniques. Instead of doing standard sets and reps, after reaching failure on an exercise you either can superset it or rest pause it. And these are excellent and my favorite ways to make the basics harder and more intense which means that you are going to reach failure more times or harder. They are a game changer for basics.
