=If there are any characters you guys want to see, put them in the comments below= Stage: Unique Weapon Acquisition Battle 9 (DLC) • Liao Hua, Lei Tong, Wang Ping (12:09), Huang Zhong (13:05), Zhou Yu and Lu Su (14:20) are super officers in this stage. Weapon 1: • Sirius Wind (E) 71+10: Fury, Flurry, Frenzy, Harmony, Aggression, Roar Weapon 2: • Demonic Chaos (E) 66+10: Flurry, Frenzy, Harmony, Velocity, Jubilation, Triumph Equip Skills: • Musou Springs, Rage Springs, Attack Boost, Mighty Roar Animal: • Red Hare Bodyguard Support Skills: • Signal - Rage & Signal - Energy Analysis: • Li Dian is fairly strong, but results are often inconsistent. His most damaging setup requires a bit of patience and setup. Because of that, Li Dian needs careful approaches to his setup in order for him to do his best. Similarly to Xu Huang, Li Dian isn't built for speed, but accuracy. However, unlike Xu Huang, Li Dian can fill through an early safe C1. Movesets: • Switch Attack (SA) is his main unblockable setup for both of his Musou offenses. The range is unfortunately, very limited, but it is the only thing Li Dian has to unblock/lift officers. • Musou 1 is his "disc throwing" Musou. This Musou has an awful time dragging officers exclusively. Unlike most characters where they use SA to unblock and cancel the SA with a Musou, Li Dian does it slightly different. The most consistent way to unblock and drag officers properly is performing a successful SA (Weapon 2→Weapon 1), followed up by a backwards blocking strafe until they somersault (4:55, 10:15, 11:04). Weapon setup and placement may vary, but for this video: Weapon 2 = non-Musou weapon → Weapon 1 = Musou weapon. • Musou 2 is his strongest Musou and the most consistent way to set it up is through SA lift (2:50, 12:10). Unlike Musou 1 setup, he does NOT want a successful SA. Instead, using Weapon 1, he wants to perform SA for the lift and cancel it immediately with Musou 2. Positioning is important when using SA→Musou 2, enemy officers wants to be directly in front of where Li Dian is facing. If Musou 2 is used against a grounded officer without SA or positioned incorrectly, what usually will happen is they get flung away by the initial disc toss (9:05; don't want this to happen). Musou 2 has the potential to OHKO super officers if Flurry is high enough, but unlikely (because that will require a hefty combo/crowd and Musou 2 accuracy usually doesn't hit correctly in high density crowds). • C1 (or C1-C1 to collide the discs) is his most used charge attack for safety reasons. The damage isn't stellar but it has a decent and safe Rage combo fill from afar without thinning the crowd too fast. To save on his Musou usage, C1 is also Li Dian's main method to bypass officer blocks while having them remain grounded so he can proceed to KO officers through Normal Strings. The other way is S1 force block since he is fast enough to do so, but this won't build Flurry as fast. C1-C1 collide is usually used to delay officers from walking up on Li Dian while he is trying to fill his Musou or Rage; otherwise, a normal C1 without collide yields best Rage filling results ratio to crowds. • C6-EX is a decently strong if there is a crowd to fuel the Flurry. Usually C6-EX is used when he is waiting for his Rage duration to deplete (8:26, etc.). It is a great way for him to kill-to-fill when possible and to net high KO counts. • True Rage Musou is very damaging and should be considered if Li Dian knows he won't be able to clean up in time with his allotted Musou ratio to the crowd (14:27). Despite the slow speed of this True Rage Musou, this True Rage Musou is one of the few that can one cycle Mt. Qi (Shu) on Ultimate mode. Don't do what I did by using a C1 before entering Rage Musou, use SA or block bait instead. If he ever runs dry, find a crowd and C1 with the Triumph weapon to fill for best results (refrain C1-C1 collide unless he has to for safety reasons stated above). Option(s): • Induction + Explosive can be used as a setup for his C1, C1-C1 and C6 offense. The damage is noticeably better than the current Weapon 2 used in this video, but this means he will have to sacrifice Triumph and at least one other modifier (most likely Frenzy if he is going to retain the Harmony setup). The damage he gains allows him to be stronger outside of Musou, but will have a harder time filling his Musou and Rage gauges. === No audio because this was recorded through the features in PS4.
