Community Air Protection Program: Stockton Community Highlights

Learn more about the work the Stockton community is doing with the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District (SJVAPCD) to implement strategies and actions to reduce local air pollution, protect public health, and improve quality of life. The Community Steering Committee (CSC), in collaboration with SJVAPCD, Stockton Unified School District, local agencies, community-based organizations, and other stakeholders, prioritizes actions as part of the Community Air Protection Program (AB 617). Some of the actions discussed in this video include collaboration with the Port of Stockton to develop the Clean Air Plan and the deployment of electric school buses to the local elementary school.
