California restaurant owner arrested in arson investigation

Robert "Bobby" Salazar, a 63-year-old Fresno restaurant operator, has been arrested on federal charges of arson of commercial property and arson in furtherance of a felony. Investigators determined that the fire was an act of arson, discovering partially burned gas cans inside the establishment and extensive interior damage.
