Join us for a Be Well Experience where we will hold space for our current realities and practice ways to navigate burnout and overwhelm in healing connection. Originally presented on Thursday, January 8th, 2026 About the presenters: Bailey Pyle, LPC, Director, Be Well Initiatives: As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Bailey has 13 years of experience in the mental health field with a variety of populations. Bailey has been providing Be Well Experiences and trainings to the community, within organizations and at conferences since March 2020, helping others put brain science into action by using evidenced-based practices and creativity to foster connection, growth and healing. As the Director of Be Well Initiatives, Bailey has the privilege of leading a team of talented and compassionate professionals in using their strengths to care for our communities in innovative ways. Bailey has a passion for whole-wellness as a necessary component of individual and community health. Nia Howard, QMHP, Program and Engagement Leader, Be Well Initiatives: Nia Howard is Program and Engagement Leader for Be Well Initiatives. Nia has served in multiple positions at Burrell Behavioral Health and believes reducing stigma around mental health allows for dignity, respect and humans who can live encouraged. Nia Co- curates and Co- leads experiences that break brain health down into manageable pieces and brings these into practice in community both by supporting Centerstone Team members and the wider community of Springfield , Centerstone and surrounding areas.
