Filmed on the cliffs of beautiful Sardinia, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea — early morning, when the world is still quiet, and the day slowly awakens 🌅. This short and powerful bodyweight workout targets your arms, shoulders, and core — no equipment needed, just your own strength and determination. Total 5 rounds with repetition and short breaks. 💪 Workout Plan (13 Exercises Total) 🔹 ROUND 1 – FRONT SIDE (Push Focus) 1️⃣ Close Push-Ups (Triceps Focus) Keep elbows close to your body, lower slowly, and push up strong. → Easier: On your knees. → Harder: Full push-up position. 2️⃣ Wide Push-Ups (Chest & Shoulders) Hands wider than shoulders, chest to the ground, push back up. → Easier: On your knees. → Harder: Full version. 3️⃣ Plank Hold Hold your plank, keep your body in a straight line. → Option: Drop to knees, then lift back up. 🕒 45-Second Rest 🔹 ROUND 2 – FRONT SIDE (Repeat) 4️⃣ Close Push-Ups (Round 2) Control your movement, elbows stay in tight — triceps on fire. 5️⃣ Wide Push-Ups (Round 2) Open chest, steady rhythm, stay strong. 6️⃣ Plank Hold (Round 2) Engage your core, focus on your breath. 🕒 45-Second Rest 🔹 ROUND 3 – FRONT SIDE (Final Round) 7️⃣ Close Push-Ups (Round 3) Last close push-ups — keep your form, stay consistent! 8️⃣ Wide Push-Ups (Round 3) Final wide push-ups — push through the burn! 9️⃣ Plank Hold (Round 3) Hold strong — this is your last front-side plank. 🕒 45-Second Rest 🔹 ROUND 4 – BACK SIDE (Triceps & Reverse Hold) 10️⃣ Triceps Dips (Reverse Push-Ups) Hands behind you, fingers forward, lower and lift your body. Keep elbows pointing backward — feel your triceps work! 11️⃣ Reverse Plank Hold Lift hips up, head facing forward.
