Crispy Punjabi Samosa Recipe 😻l Halwai Jaise Punjabi Samosa ki recipe l Ramzan Special Snack Recipe Try this Amazing Punjabi Samosa Recipe and easy in any season with Green Chutney or Tamarind Chutney l Preparation Time: 10-15 minutes (including the Dough making) Cooking Time: 20-25 minutes Serving Size: 4-5 people Caution⚠️: Oil is Dangerous, If kids are cooking then there should be Adult Guidances l Also Follow me on: 1) / 17u1sppmfw 2) / @cooknvlog 3)https://www.instagram.com/cooknvlog20... METHOD: Firstly for making the dough, Take 2 Cup Maida (All purpose Flour) in a Bowl add 1 tbsp CaromSeeds (Ajwain), 1 tbsp Salt & 2-3 tbsp Desi Ghee mix until it becomes moist and holds shape, (make sure that you don't add excess ghee in the flour) add Water as per Requirement and make a tight Dough just as you make for your Puri's. Give a rest of 10 minutes. Take 10-12 Green Chillies, 6-7 Garlic Cloves & 1 inch Ginger crush them and make a paste. Add 2 tbsp Mustrad Oil in Pan, add 1/2 tbsp Asafoetida(Hing) and add the Crushed Green chillies, Garlic, & Ginger. Cook for about a Minute and add Chopped Onions. Cook until it becomes light in colour. After that add 3 Boiled and peeled Potatoes and mash them for a perfect texture. Add the Cumin mix, freshly chopped Coriander, 1 tbsp Amchur Powder, Salt to taste, & Boiled Green Peas. Give it a Good Mix and your Stuffing is Ready! Now to Give your Samosa Shape take a Portion of the dough and roll it Flat. Divide it into 2 Equal Pieces and brush water on the edges then take 1 piece and fold seal to make a Cone like shape, stuff the Potato mixture we just made and seal the excess part, Like this your Samosa is ready to get Fried. To Fry the Samosa take Oil in Heavy Bottom Kadhai and then Fry then Until it becomes Golden Brown and tasty. Enjoy your Samosa With Tamarind or Green Chutney!!!!!!!
