She wears a pretty eyelet skirt and tie-neck pussy bow blouse. "This is my first one yet," she says of making her first appearance at New York Fashion Week. She's joined by Matthew Settle and Kelly Rutherford, the duo that play love match Rufus Humphrey and Lily van der Woodsen on Gossip Girl. "Son Jung Wan is incredible. I'm a huge fan. I was here last year at her show. She's my favorite. She's incredible," says Rutherford. "It's very feminine and I like the different textures she uses. It's extremely luxurious."
