FFXIV - [WAR] Stellar Dragon WARRIOR Ability VFX MOD REMAKE

I’d like to first thank my teacher, Papachin, for sharing his Blender technique for VFX model size optimization. I’d also like to thank Alchemic Potato for the additional help on this, and Lyhus for his support and VFX recommendations! So, Stellar Warrior! After finishing my God Dragon DRG modpack, I knew I wanted to eventually create another dragon-themed modpack, but this time featuring western-style dragons. I also wanted to work on a Tank instead of a DPS, and WAR felt like a great fit for the concept. Additionally, I wanted to incorporate the feeling of Golden Sun and gold-themed VFX. One of my early inspirations for this project was Elden Ring and Hoarah Loux/Godfrey, but the concept slowly evolved, and the idea of including the moon and the night came shortly after. This helped give the modpack more thematic depth and color variety. I also initially planned to share many sneak peeks of this project while I was working on it, but after losing my original Discord account and all the stress of trying to recover it. I ended up losing the timing I had in mind. I’d also like to thank everyone for the amazing support so far with my non–Nier-themed modpacks, and I definitely have a lot of cool stuff planned for the future!
