IT IS STILL ON. 16 days ago I woke up after a long Kjuge session with wrist pain which turned out to be a TFCC tear or rupture. It seemed serious, so I printed a support structure and bought a wrist widget. I wore them 24/7. After 10 days I went indoor climbing and figured out what moves I could and couldn't do. It seemed like DNH will work. Yesterday the so-called bearing test showed 29.5 kg from the previous 8.8 kg, so I went out and tried my luck. -3 degrees, no wind and pure silence on the block. I drove with 2 goals there. First, test all the movements and see which ones work for my wrist. Secondly, when all the movements work, a new high-point. I achieved both goals and I was very satisfied. It felt like I had fallen because of numb fingers and lack of endurance. Maybe I can climb the boulder a little faster, find the heel hook quicker, and maybe I need some warmer fingers right from the start. The stick wasn't perfect yesterday, but it was okay.
