The first Vietnamese Buffet in Florida! They recently changed ownership and released their AYCE Vietnamese Buffet concept this summer. 📍 Quan Ngon Bistro 6129 Park Blvd Pinellas Park, FL This isn’t on Kim Son’s level but the variety and flavor is on point! It feels like we are at a big Vietnamese party with all the home cooked food! On the weekends they have 30-35 different dishes that they will rotate from week to week. This is a great way to try other Vietnamese dishes you’ve never had or just have several bites of dishes you don’t want to commit a full meal to! I thought all the flavors were pretty good! The food could be a bit hotter but there is so much potential!
