Hands down my favorite spot for Bun Bo Hue in the Tampa Bay Area. Even after many years, I still go back 😍 📍 Café Bích Nga 5572 Park Blvd Pinellas Park, FL They got super popular because their name became a meme but the BBH is worth the trip. I wish I could stop by more often but the service is … slow 😂. Our last visit was much quicker though because back then we used to have to wait 45 mins or so just to even get our food! I got the Large size and it’s huge!! I like to take it home to have another meal but their bowls are just normally large. I would love to one day try more dishes off their menu but their bbh is just that good. I love that they give you all the good veggies (including banana blossom & water spinach). The broth is complex and flavorful and they don’t forget about the blood cubes! I wish the meat is just a lil bit more tender. But, it’s okay! Very home cooked meal and the Vietnamese coffee is no joke. It’s almost like the Le’s Vietnamese coffee concentrate and it makes me question if it is or not. It’s soooo good.
