For me, fitness was never just about looking better or chasing a certain physique. From the age of 17, training became the one constant in my life. Even when my programme wasn’t perfect and my nutrition wasn’t fully dialled in, I always showed up. I was invested. And over time, I realised that the gym was giving me far more than physical results it was shaping the way I thought, acted and lived my life Training gave me confidence when I didn’t have much else. It taught me discipline when motivation was inconsistent. It showed me that if I could commit to something difficult, day after day, I could apply that same mindset to every other area of my life. As I grew older, that foundation became everything. Fitness helped me take risks, trust myself and step outside of the “normal” path. It allowed me to build routines that supported my energy, my focus, and my ambition.
