Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for 30 seconds. Add chicken and cook on high flame until it changes color and releases water. 2️⃣ Add Spices Add salt, red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, and crushed coriander seeds. Cook uncovered on high flame for 3–5 minutes for authentic karahi taste. 6️⃣ Garnish & Serve Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
