President HICHILEMA says his thoughts and prayers are with the NAWAKWI family during this trying time. The President has extended condolences to Mrs. NAWAKWI's family and the Forum for Democracy and Development. This is according to a message posted on President HICHILEMA's Facebook Page monitored by ZNBC News in Lusaka. And Secretary to the Cabinet PATRICK KANGWA said Ms. NAWAKWI had a distinguished political career and served in the Cabinet of Second President FREDRICK CHILUBA from 1993 to 2001. Mr. KANGWA who confirmed the death of Ms NAWAKWI to ZNBC news has advised the public that the funeral gathering for the Former Cabinet Minister is being held at her residence plot 55, Luwato Road, Roma Township in Lusaka.
