Enjoy the rich taste of almond chicken with your loved ones! #twinskitchenbyaf #digitalammi #happycookingtoyou #almondrecipe RECIPE: INGREDIANTS FOR THE CHICKEN MARINATION: -1/2 kg boneless chicken (cut into bite sized cubed) -1 tbsp cornflour -1 egg white -1/2 tsp black pepper powder -1/2 tsp salt -1 tbsp chili sauce -1 tbsp soya sauce -3 tbsp cooking oil INGREDIANTS TO PREPARE CORNFLOUR MIXTURE -2 cup chicken stock (yakhni) -1 tbsp + 1 tsp cornflour -1 tsp chicken powder -1 tbsp soya sauce -1 tbsp viniger INGREDIANTS TO PREPARE ALMOND CHICKEN GRAVY: -1/2 cup capcicum (cut into small size cubed) -1/3 cup onion (cut into small size cubed) -1/2 cup almond -1 tsp sugar -1/4 tsp salt or to taste -1 tsp chopped garlic, minced -1 tsp cooking oil INSTRUCTIONS: 1.Marinate the Chicken: -In a bowl, combine the sliced chicken with soya sauce, chili sauce,tsp salt, black pepper powder, egg white, and cornflour. Marinate for at least 25-30 minutes. 2.Prepare the Sauce (Cornflour Mixture): -In a small bowl, whisk together the chicken stock, soya sauce, viniger, chicken powder, cornflour to make the cornflour mixture. Set aside. 3.Stir-Fry the Chicken: -Heat a pan over high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil. -Add the marinated chicken to the hot pot and stir-fry until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown. Remove the chicken frme the stove and set aside. 4.Toast the Almonds: -In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil. Add the almonds and stir-fry until they are lightly toasted. Remove almonds from the stove and set aside. 5.Saute the vegetables -Add a bit more oil if needed, then add capcicum and onions Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp. 6.Combine and Thicken: -Add 1 tsp oil in a pot, then add the minced garlic, Stir-fry for 1 minute.Add prepared chicken, sugar, tender crisp vegitables, salt in a pot than add cornflour mixture Stir everything together until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken and vegetables. 7.Garnish and Serve: -Add the toasted almonds and toss everything to combine. -Garnish with chopped green onions.
