#justkatebake #domacikruh #domacakukuruza Sastojci- ingreadients Kukuruza- corn bread 400 gr bijelog brasna- plane all purpose flour 200 gr kukuruznog brasna- corn flour 1 instant kvasaca - instant yeast 10 gr 1 prasak za pecivo- 12 gr of baking powder 1 zlicica soli- teaspoon of salt 1 zlicica secera- teaspoon of sugar 1 dcl maslinova ulja- olive oil 350-400 ml mlijeko i voda toplo lukewarm milk and water half/half Bake on 180-200* with the lid on for 20 min- than 10 min without lid. Bijeli kruh- Simple white bread 900 gr brasna- all purpose flour 1 kasika secera/ tbs of sugar 1 kasika soli tbs of salt 1 vr kvasca suhog- 10 gr instant yeast 1 dcl ulja- oil 100 gr maslaca- melted butter 450-500 ml mlake vode i mlijeka- mix of warm water and milk Mix with a stand mixer for at least 10 min. Than kneed with hands for 5 min more. Let it rise... make 2 smaller loafs or one big- let it rise again- sprinkle with water... bake on 170-180* for about 30-40 min... when half baked - twist the baking sheet and sprinkle with some more water. When baked let it cool compleatly on the rack. Enjoy 😉
