Mutton Ojri Recipe | Goat Intestine | How To Clean Ojri | Ojri Ka Salan | Food With Saad Raja Recipe and Ingredients Take 2 mutton Ojri's (Intestines) and boil, clean, and cut as shown in the video. The 2 ojris after cleaning and cutting will weigh approximately 600-800g. In a pan add 150g ghee and 2 sliced onions and cook until light brown. Now add 3 bay leaf, 2 cinnamon sticks and 8-10 cloves and cook for a minute. Now add 750g cleaned and cut ojri and cook for 3-4 minutes. Now add 2-3 tbsp ginger/garlic paste and cook for 8-10 minutes until water dries up. Now add 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tsp red chili 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp cumin powder and add 1-1/2 tomatos and cook for 5-7 minutes. Now add 3-4 chopped green chilies, 2 cup fresh fenugreek and 1-1/2 cup fresh coriander and cook for 3-4 minutes. Once cooked add 1-1/2 liter water and cook on pressure for 30 minutes. Now add 2 tbsp yogurt and cook for 10-12 minutes. Once cooked, add 1 tbsp dried fenugreek and 1 tsp garam masala and Ojri is ready to be served!
