BACKYARD BIRD PHOTOGRAPHY Waiting 2 Hours… Finally The Cardinal Appeared

Bird Photography experiment using a natural perch setup. I placed bird seed on the perch to see which birds would arrive first. Filming from my backyard blind, I set the perch and waited quietly to see what wildlife would discover the food. The first visitor wasn’t a bird at all. A squirrel arrived and helped itself to nearly half the seed before spending a few moments teasing the neighbor’s dogs. After about 2.5 hours of waiting, the first bird finally appeared. A female Northern Cardinal landed on the perch, followed shortly by a male. This is part of my ongoing Backyard Bird Lab experiments where I observe natural bird behavior and test simple birding setups to see what happens. Filmed quietly from a backyard bird blind using a wildlife photography setup designed for natural observation.
