Our beef is sourced from Australia's very best producers and dry-aged on the premises. The dry-aging process brings out the very best in the meat and imparts fantastic flavor. When putting Rockpool together, I was inspired by the famous steakhouses of North America, but I wanted to put my own quintessentially Australian spin on it, and I've done that with the addition of superb seafood. The same attention to detail that goes into our food also goes into our wine list. We've aimed to find some of the world's finest wines, and have gone to great lengths to ensure the providence of each bottle. It is our goal at Rockpool to create a singular dining experience.
