Cut bread into half; assemble with olive, salad and remaining ingredients. Serve. Szechuan Eggplant : Ingredients Eggplant 500 gm Salt 1 tsp Cornstarch 2 tbsp Oil 2–4 tbsp Garlic chopped 4 cloves Ginger minced 2 tsp Dried red chilies 5–10 Szechuan Sauce: Soy sauce 1/4 cup Chili flakes 1 tsp Oil 1 tbsp Vinegar 1 tbsp Brown sugar 2 tbsp Five spice powder 1/2 tsp Scallions for garnish Roasted peanuts for garnish instructions; Cut bringles into pieces and fry. Mix all ingredients of sauce. Heat oil; add ginger garlic and chili sauté. Add sauce ingredients cook. Add fried bringle cook. Add dissolved cornstarch in it. Garnish with scallion and roasted peanut, serve.
