In this knifemaking vlog I’m finally finishing a pair of custom framelock folding knives after a four-part build series. This video covers the critical final steps of precision knife making, including releasing the lock bar, drilling and setting the detent, and contouring the titanium frames to their final ergonomic shape. I grind the blade lock faces to establish solid lockup, harden the lock bar face for durability, and complete the blade grinding process for optimal performance. After detailed hand sanding, the frames are anodized for a clean custom finish. The feather pattern blade and backspacer are etched, and the knives come together in the final assembly.
