This healing soup is made with simple, wholesome ingredients like potatoes, carrots, beans, garlic, ginger, turmeric, and parsley — ingredients known for their comforting and anti-inflammatory properties. This soup is: ✔ Easy to digest ✔ Comforting & warming ✔ Perfect after heavy holiday meals ✔ Great for winter wellness If you’re feeling bloated, tired, or heavy after festive food, this soup is a gentle way to nourish your body again. 👍 Don’t forget to like, comment, and subscribe for more healing homemade recipes. 💛 Ingredients: 2 medium spring onions 1 medium potato 2 medium carrots 100gm of green beans 1/2 tsp garlic paste (1-2 garlic clove) 1/2 tsp ginger paste 1 tsp of salt 1 tsp of black pepper 1-2 tbsp of olive oil 1/2 tsp of turmeric 1 tsp of vegetable stock Handful of small Ditaline pasta (optional) Parsley and lemon 🍋 Recipe Step 1: chop the spring onions , garlic and ginger Step 2: Peel and chop the potatoes, carrots and bean’s in to small pieces. Step 3: pour the olive oil into a pot , fry the spring onions at a medium temperature for 1 minute, add garlic and ginger and cook for 30 seconds Step 4: Add the carrots and beans, stir well add potatoes add turmeric and salt mix well. Step 5: Add 1 tsp of vegetable stock in 3/4 litre (750ml) of hot water and add to the pot and mix it well. Add Ditaline pasta and black pepper. Step 6: Cover with a lid and simmer at medium temperature for 7-10 minutes until the vegetables are cooked.
