Microduct relining or cabling as some also calls it. For a total confusion is also called subducting… Bundles of small ducts can be installed in larger protective ducts. Often this technique is being used when a duct has been installed in the ground already. (often a Ø40 or Ø50). Sometimes this duct can be used to avoid a new trench to be deployed. No dig installation so to say. The relining can be done by jetting for example. Another option is pulling by winch.
