Publix Meal Kit (Cheddar-Bacon Chicken W/ Mashed Potatoes)

While walking through Publix grocery store, I came across a meal kit that solved my "What am I cooking for dinner" dilemma. These kits contain the majority of the ingredients needed to make a full meal. I say majority because some items on the list are "Pantry" items. These are ingredients that you would typically have in your pantry already. This meal was a Cheddar- Bacon chicken meal with mashed potatoes. The chicken was very flavorful and turned out perfect. The mashed potatoes had great texture but no flavor. Those can be easily fixed with some butter and salt. I will be trying one of these again soon.
