After finishing his undergraduate studies at Yeshiva University in Manhattan, he earned his Dental Degree from Harvard School of Dental Medicine. He was always interested in the surgical aspect of dentistry, so he went on to the UCLA School of Medicine to earn his Medical Degree and gain additional surgical experience. While at UCLS, Dr. Kupferman also finished a general surgery internship, a three-year oral and maxillofacial surgery residency program, and his ABOMS board certification.
