We need to rebuild the rusted quarter panel... including the body molding. Watch how Bad Chad recreates it step by step using basic metal shaping tools and old-school techniques 👏 This is the kind of fabrication work that separates parts-swappers from real builders. The bottom of this quarter panel was completely rusted out, so instead of patching it up, we’re fabricating a brand new section—molding and all. We start by making a pattern from the good side of the car, reverse it, and use a bead roller with a step die to recreate the original body line. Once the new panel is shaped, we overlap it on the car, mark the seam, cut through both layers, and butt weld it for a clean, invisible fit.
