We continue our battery exploration in the shop this week with an in-depth look at two Craftsman lithium-ion batteries. This pair of batteries, one a 2.0Ah and the other a 4.0Ah, were passed along to us after getting flooded out, so we thought this was the perfect opportunity to tear into them, see what lies beneath that Craftsman-red exterior, and play around with our Fluke voltage meter and FLIR thermal imager, too. As we always say, don't attempt to take apart Li-ION batteries unless you're comfortable doing so and have taken the appropriate safety precautions.
