In today's workout we are isolating the glute muscles to grow your booty. We will be doing 30 minutes total with 45s on and 20s of rest. Each movement is designed to target a different part of your glute muscles. Slow the movements down and pay attention to the muscles you are using. I want you to focus on driving your body weight through your heels with most of the movements. For the lunges hinge forward and lower yourself down on an angle (think you are a escalator not an elevator) to stand keep the lean forward and drive your body weight through the back of the foot.
