Motivation used to look very different for me. In my 20s and 30s, it meant intensity, comparison, and pushing toward outcomes, sometimes at the expense of sleep or sustainability. For a while that worked, but as I approach 50 I’ve realized I don’t want to build this next chapter on self-sacrifice.
