Your coach, Amy (aka Blondi)XO Workout Format & Timestamps: Warm up / mobility (00:00 — 7:06) Start here: (7:07 — 21:30) Deadlift + goblet squat 20 reps Half kneeling shoulder press 10 reps / side Kneeling tricep kickbacks 20 reps REST / WATER BREAK Side lunge + bent over rows 8 reps / side Bicep curls 21’s (7 lower, 7 upper, 7 full) Lateral front raise combo 12-14 reps REST / WATER BREAK Chest press + glute bridge 15-20 reps Weighted toe reaches 20 reps Kneeling pullbacks 8 reps / side FINISHER: (21:31 - 25:32) Weighted sumo squats (slow tempo) 10 reps + 20 bodyweight pulses REST / WATER BREAK Repeat once more.
