It’s been a mixed week for the ASX, with markets facing some volatility amid global economic uncertainty while companies across the resources, energy and biotech sectors continue advancing key projects and milestones. Prairie Lithium (ASX: PL9) has begun construction at its Saskatchewan lithium project, with 100% of its initial lithium output already secured under an offtake agreement. Diablo Resources (ASX: DBO) has expanded its Star Range project in Utah, increasing its landholding across a prospective silver and antimony system ahead of a planned maiden drilling program in the second quarter of 2026. LTR Pharma (ASX: LTP) has completed recruitment for its Phase II clinical study of SPONTAN®, its fast acting nasal spray treatment for erectile dysfunction, with dosing underway and initial results expected in the second quarter of 2026. Conrad Asia Energy (ASX: CRD) continues progressing development of its Mako gas field in Indonesia as it works toward a final investment decision. Advance Metals (ASX: AVM) has reported strong step out drilling at its Yoquivo silver gold project in Mexico, including an intercept of 67.9 metres at 134 grams per tonne silver equivalent. Patriot Resources (ASX: PAT) has completed the acquisition of the high grade Tassa silver project in Peru, which hosts a maiden inferred resource of 31.4 million ounces silver equivalent.
