Do not attempt any movement that you do not feel comfortable or confident doing. I am using a Merrithew Reformer with Red, Blue, and White springs (heavy, medium, and light). Please adjust the springs to your comfort level. If you feel pain and difficulty doing exercises, please change springs appropriately. Please do not engage in any movement that feels unsafe or you do not feel confident in doing.
