Wisma 46, one of the most iconic skyscrapers in Jakarta, has recently completed a modernization on all of its main office elevators with something epic! These are the high rise elevators serving floors 31 to 46, a direct reference to the building's name (though the highest accessible floor isn't actually 46 btw). These are officially the FIRST Fujitec EZShuttle installation in Indonesia! According to Fujitec's project reference list on their global website, the main elevators in the tower were originally installed in 1996 as the AC-GL type and after more than 20 years in service they were modernized by the same manufacturer into ELSIA type with EZShuttle, Fujitec's destination dispatch system. The mod started in 2022 (based on the year stated on the capacity plaques) and was done in 2024. They currently run at 6 m/sec which is acceptable for a skyscraper with such height. Sadly they use generic buttons made by Hong Jiang rather than Fujitec's own buttons, though they have touchless capability which is interesting. As they adopt destination dispatch with hybrid configuration, there are floor buttons inside the car and regular call buttons on all the upper floors, while touch screen terminals only exist on the ground floor aka main lobby. Note that all floors, including the ground floor, can only be accessed using a programmed access card for security reason so you can't go anywhere other than the floor you're actually going to. Security gates also exist in the main lobby, which are integrated with the DD system.
