This training video explains the efficient working of biotechnical methods of varroa treatment in practice. It helps to understand why and in what seasons the heat treatment of capped brood with the Varroa Controller is important to apply, as well as backgrounds of brood reduction in the mid-summer period with use of the Duplex Frame Box. This training material has been prepared in cooperation among Austrian, Slovak and Czech researchers and professional beekeepers who have been using hyperthermia in beekeeping for almost 10 years now.
