Minimum objectives are completing the main quest, the main side quests (Colleges, Thieves, Dark Brotherhood, Companions and Civil War), the DLC quests (Dragonborn, Dawnguard & building a least one HF home), and a few modded quests. Many of these quests I never did before. Willow has a good nature, so some evil quests will end unresolved, or she even refuses them like the Daedra quests.
