Today we'll dive into a 20 minute standing series on the Pilates chair. This advanced series will be entirely standing and we'll do everything from lunges to pull ups! We'll work out entire body including our core this is a great way to pack a lot of movement into a short window. I'll be on my Balanced Body Combo Chair with 2 heavy springs (black) on. Be sure to use a heavier setup for today's series and know that there won't be any spring changes.
