Hips and hamstrings will forever be tight areas for a lot of people. Join me in slowly working into these areas to alleviate some stiffness. As per usual, there are levels offered in this class making it accessible for beginners (stop at the gentler version of the pose whilst omitting the progression) and those with more experience. Remember, it doesn't matter what the poses look like. What matters is that you've shown up for yourself and that you're working with your body and where your current level is at. Abstaining from beating ourselves up for not being further along in our journey, but being grateful for wherever we are in our individual journey. Appropriate for a variety of levels with the option to explore intermediate variations.
