The hole being checked is the last of 6 in a CNC machining sequence. Ordinarily, a robot-served station wouldn't require either of the part nests like you see here. But here the customer needed every ok part to be marked. A New Vista STH unit runs the cycle. It is equipped with a New Vista Supercompliant Toolholder. The complete cycle is 4 seconds, part marking included.
